what is your shipping information?

We are currently able to ship via Canada Post to Canada, United States and Australia. Domestic (Canadian) orders will have a $10 CAD flat shipping fee. International orders will have a $20 CAD flat shipping fee.
*Customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duties charged on international orders*
- Orders within Canada will be shipped within 1-4 business days
- International orders can be anywhere from 3-7 business days

return and exchange policy?

Unruly cannot currently accept returns on items unless the items are delivered damaged or defective. In this case there will be a full refund or replacement of product at no cost to the customer. Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanged items. Please allow 3-4 business days for exchanges to be processed and reshipped.
